        No respect at all from the staff

        No more customer service. They got rid of last human operated open window and now only way to perform transactions is by ATM or getting an appointment. Rude manager whose facial expression shows that he has attitude, doesnt want to help and acts like he is my boss.

        Bank manager is so rude. Very poor interpersonal skills. My business has banked at BOA for over 10 year and I have been considering changing banks. After this recent interaction with him, I will most definitely be going somewhere with better customer service. Pam is amazing tho, promote her and get rid of the other guy.

        You guys need to replace your atm or something. I deposit cash regularly and far more often than not, the screen reads not accepting cash deposits at the moment. I dont understand why this is a constant issue, its super in convenient for customers.. its hard enough getting to your store because of the location at the corner, but then to get there to not accomplish what i set out to is infuriating. Its not just once or twice, its very regularly. I mean i even went this morning for a deposit, no problem.. then hours later went to deposit more and i get the not accepting cash message. Please fix this problem, its a pathetic issue for a bank to have, to not be able to accept cash deposits at atm.
