        Insured with them for more than two years. It's common for them to be extremely rude to clients. Worst service I've ever received. The owner, Mrs Gloria fuels her agents to be equally rude to maybe intimidate the insured. Making it seem that they are well informed about their job, when really they do not offer all discounts available or even make an effort to inform you in the slightest on how insurance works that way they can fool you into paying more than you should. It's very alarming that these agents won't consider insurance plays a big role when family members get hurt in accidents (we need to know exactly what we are being covered for) They certainty charge for it. Please do not trust these people. THEY ARE RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE.
