Worst experience for the first time of using bank of America. Only one staff member really made my stay nice and I apologize I wasn't able to get his name but he was very nice to me and my fiance. Me and my fiance are walking in from work. He does construction and painting so he's cover with paint. On the other hand it's winter I'm cold I'm wearing a beanie hoodie and sweats. Everyone else including customers were looking at us very dirty as if we were not supposed to me there or as if we should have dressed up to come inside a bank. One employee had the nerve to come to us while waiting for out check to be processed and rudely said " do you need something". For me to understand that he is customer service and that I and customer service. You should always word your question correctly ESPECIALLY if you are walking up to someone mean mugging them while they are waiting for a check to be processed. But before I could answer the teller that helped us had said they are waiting for a check. Before he walked a away I simply let him know as customer service that was rude of him to ask it that way and he simply just said okay and walked off. Never again will I walk into that branch of America if I need anything done. No one should feel the way me and my fiance felt that day. It's just a bank and we needed to get bills done and out.

Was looking for ATM that dispenses $50s. Google shows this as one when doing a search. It is... a lie. Machine only dispenses $20s. While I understand that small places do not take higher than $20 due to counterfeiting, inflation is quickly making carrying $20s around like carrying around a bunch of $5 bills. 'Use a debit card' you say? Cash is KING!!
