Telluride apartment for less than a year. The apartment was nice and everything. They made unjustified security deposit deductions and never provided an itemized list. Also, delayed.

Lived at a miller property for about a year. I can say its by far the worst maintained building ive ever lived in. It was infested with cockroaches when we moved in, everything was always breaking, & they charged us to repaint all the walls even though they were already stuffed and messed up when we moved in. I would never rent from these people again. All of them are crooks.

I have lived at a miller property since 2019 and the apt is small, but I really liked the mom and pop style of management. I'll never forget that they didn't raise our rent once during the covid pandemic. Then, the inevitable happened...Rainier Management bought out Miller Properties and with them a whole new team of apathetic and downright cruel management. Currently, I am dealing with a situation in which my psychotic and potentially dangerous upstairs neighbor keeps trying to break into my apartment at all hours of the day and night, scaring me, beating on my door, and then covering up the peephole with his hand so I can't see that it is him. I called the police. They didn't do anything, shocker right? And I thought Jody, the property manager of Miller would care, but he essentially told me today that he did not. He also gave me the ok to write this scathing review after I asked him, do you want me to tell the city of Austin that Miller Properties does not care at all...at all...about the safety of their tenants. And in a very annoyed voice he said, 'Blake. Do what you have to do.' So I am. Because no one else will.

I have lived at one of their properties for three years now and the management is simply amazing! They are all the sweetest most kind helpful people. If I need anything at all they get right on top of it very quickly. Great apartment as well, my neighbors are all really close too highly recommend!
