I just recently moved in and I a have to say that Starr brown is absolutely amazing. She is the one who initially showed me the apartment, and toured me around the premise. She was so helpful and attentive in answering my questions and providing me the information I needed to make a decision on where I should move. The apartment itself is stunning, and also the management was really helpful as well, but I have to say that Haley the other sales associate was quite rude and made it seem like I was bothering her when I needed information about the apartment when I called multiple times. Which almost made me choose a different place to live because of the treatment. I do understand we all have bad days but with working in sales myself, I dont think thats the best way to talk to clients multiple times that are interested in moving into your complex. Im extremely grateful for the management and Starr for being super helpful in helping me call this place my home.

Communication has seemed to have taken a downturn over my time here. I never seem to get a follow up response on questions unless I contact them directly. Also FYI for anyone moving in, their (The Michaels) pet policy fee is $300/pet. The pet policy fee min:$300 statement on their website is misleading. EDIT: My score for this place has gone down, they been redoing the parking lots around the area and posted a schedule for it, however these schedule provided is not correct and they have not updated it. I haven't seen any information about why the schedule is incorrect. Secondly when it comes to valet trash rules are incredibly inconsistent. Apparently we need to stick the trash outside in the trash cans even though the apartments are set up so the trash gets placed in a space that's too small for the can to be constantly removed? They complain about leaking trash bags causing stains on the concrete but then say they refuse to pick them up? So I guess it's not the stains they care about. Be prepared to leave your trashcan out for a few days though as they change trash providers at least once every few months. Edit: Consistency with trash and communications has improved, the pet policy statement on their site is still ambiguous though.
