        They are charging fees just to pay rent, too. It's an $8 charge if you pay with a debit card. Do they charge extra if you go to HEB to pay with a debit card? No.. because that makes zero sense. This is another policy that is NOT beneficial to tenants. If you live here & want to know your rights, then get in touch with the Austin Tenants Association. I know they have assisted me in the past. I've been at this apartment complex for a while. I've had renters insurance since I've lived here, but the day my payment was supposed to go through, my credit card got stolen. I technically had insurance.. just that days payment was still processing. The people in the office do not want to acknowledge that I technically had insurance, so they're just charging me $50 for fun, apparently.. they don't care about their residents here.
