I have lived at these apartments for many years and I've gone through three different management companies. The current management company will not respond to emails or phone calls. Seven times I have called and four times I have left a message and never got a call back. The email I received earlier to send in my renters insurance declaration brings back no responses either. Though my renters insurance never laps, they still started charging me $25 on my lease for their insurance. I have not had one response to this overcharge yet. I am literally going to have to request time off from work and lose money so I can go into the office and personally talk to them about overcharging me. This is what you can expect from this management company. However, they were very quick to respond when I left a bad review on Google. I guess this is what you have to do to get a response from this current management company. Just so you people know what to expect.

Since I arrived I fell in love with its physical spaces, the nature that surrounds the apartments; the lagoon, its fauna, those beautiful ducks that give life and walk through the green areas... its TRANQUILITY...
