I lived here before, right before I bought my house. I gotta say this was the only bad experience I had renting an apartment and my expectations are pretty low. Management was rude and maintenance was pretty worthless too. I hope theyve improved in the last few years. But yeah, I wouldnt recommend this place at all

Went downhill after new management took over. Removed all the washers/dryers on site, charging a high monthly fee for valet trash, absolutely terrible communication from office, noticed more homeless, just to name a few.

My experience living at The Bridge at Waters Park complex was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I knew this place would be special. My apartment was simply amazing: spacious, well-designed, and cozy. It has definitely been the best place I have lived in since I arrived in Austin. The location of the complex is truly strategic, with everything you may need just steps away. Having an H-E-B supermarket right next door was very convenient. The front desk staff, especially Daniela and Liz, were always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist at all times. Maintenance at the complex is impeccable; everything is always in perfect condition, and cleanliness is a priority. Furthermore, the surroundings are surrounded by beautiful green areas that create a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. One of the aspects I enjoyed the most was the variety of amenities the complex offers. With two large dog parks, two beautiful pools, and friendly and kind-hearted neighbors, my apartment overlooking the green belt with beautiful natural lighting was absolutely stunning. You can even see deer in the morning and evening. My experience was the best during my stay

Ive enjoyed my entire time living here! The complex is well maintained, quiet, and the staff are great. I do have to mention, Judson is the best maintenance guy Ive met! Hes very on top of things, and always fixes issues ASAP. I appreciate that he explains what the issue is in a way thats easy to understand and kind. Like the time he informed me that I just wasnt pushing the reset button hard enough on my wall outlet which he explained without making me feel silly in the process!
