When I first moved in they told me not to open the cabinet with the water heater when I asked why it was so dirty and dusty, they said "you're supposed to keep that closed, don't open it."
Someone told me later on who visited my apartment that it was dangerous and it could blow up. The water makes a weird noise when I turn on the faucet. EVERY time when I showered the water goes from HOT to COLD and I have to keep adjusting the knobs. Plus the water smells kinda NASTY.
I told them there was a LARGE hole above the mirror in my bathroom and they simply pulled the mirror up and over the large hole.
The toilet seat was never replaced when they told me they would replace it because it was STAINED. The oven coil in the oven BROKE off like a chip crumbling not even a month of me living there. And this place was DIRTY, including the rusty drawer UNDERNEATH the oven.
When I first moved in I had to BUY SEALANT for all of the cracks because it seemed like the COCKROACHES were coming from my neighbor's next door by crawling underneath the huge crack in the WALL in my bathroom. I've even seen COCKROACHES by my downstairs neighbors DOOR on my way walking to the front office
Also they told me there was FREE INTERNET and FREE CABLE but when I called the spectrum numbers they ALL told me the contract has been OVER for a long time and that I had to inform the front office. When I told the front office that Spectrum told me their contract was OVER, the front office told me it wasn't true and I got SICK and TIRED of the back and forth so I went and bought T-MOBILE services for myself.
The fridge don't keep milk cold. And then pipes are so delicate.
It's best to have a CAMERA because packages get STOLEN.
There is basically NO GYM because the door has been locked to the gym for over a MONTH and almost all of the equipment was BROKEN when it WAS open since I FIRST moved IN.
I only got to take a picture from outside the window.
The pavement in these apartments is a joke, and there is ALWAYS construction going on on this ONE WAY road.
It's always LOUD, there is ALMOST always cops blocking the roads INSIDE the apartment complex.
The whole building seems OFF level like it could be leaning or something from MAYBE termites.
They MAKE you pay a TRASH FEE even if you tell them you'll take out your own trash and when I actually left my trash out by my door on the DAY they pick up trash, IT WAS NEVER EVER PICKED UP through the entire YEAR I lived here.
The dryers and washers have only been half available because the other half is BROKEN.
Plus that laundry room is DISGUSTING.
All of the laundry rooms are inaccessible UNLESS you have a PHONE, INTERNET SERVICE and a Bank. It is SO inconvenient and NONE of them take coins like the front office told me when I first moved in.
I wish I would have taken a picture of the front office because that's where the money MUST be going.
This place REQUIRES renters insurance, which is actually not BAD but that's ANOTHER CHARGE. I would go to the office to make sure I didn't owe anything every single time, they told me "well send you a LETTER if you are ever late (WHICH WAS A LIE) and THEN out of NOWHERE when they set up a NEW portal apparently I had an UNPAID balance and I NEVER got a letter about being late.
When they switched out the mailboxes they never sent a warning out AHEAD of time, they sent the email on the WEEK of. So there was no access to the MAILBOXES, in the same area there is also POOP and litter from other people's mail ALL around when there is literally "NO POOP" signs. The laundry room is full of other people's stuff and expired foods. The faucets cover in my bathroom literally FELL OFF.
The front office is NOT attentive to ANYTHING except TOWING people even if they were NOT there long.
EVERY FEE, the PET RENT, trash fees, BASIC RENT has gone WAY UP and that is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS when those apartment units are FALLIING APART and they LOOK LIKE THAT.
I would have rather rented the FRONT OFFICE in comparison to how the front office looks to those APARTMENT UNITS.
