I left this apartment building in February/2020 and I am still waiting for my refund check of $900. The management seems to have a big issue when it comes to refunding tenants.

Do yourself a favor and don't live here. It's nasty and management is terrible. Was lied to when I moved in and was told that "the outside of the windows are cleaned once a month." I've lived here almost a year and the inch of grime on the windows says otherwise.

Nova House is being managed by Gold Asset Management and they are TERRIBLE and will avoid their responsibilities to tenants. I moved out at the end of June and still has not received my deposit from them. There is no itemized deductions, no explanation, just silence. Their phone number listed on the website also does not work. They took a very long time to complete maintenance request, including fixing washers and dryers. At multiple points in time we only had one washer and dryer for two building for 2-3 months. They did not request to my request for mold problems. Avoid this place at all cost.
