The place was very nice, but they charged us for the application, we complied with everything required and they still didn't rent us.

I am so happy to be here. The property is amazing, the front office staff is also amazing. Shelley and Sileasha have been absolutely wonderful throughout this whole process. My mother was looking into James on Grand Avenue, I went with her and after meeting Shelley and Sileasha I was sold and started the process to get my own apartment here. I met both ladies once and the next time I came in I was greeted by name. How amazing is that? I lived at my former apartment complex for 8 years and every time I walked into the office I had to introduce myself like I just moved in. Shelley and Sileasha make it their mission to know each resident. I have watched them greet everyone by last name and with a beautiful smile on their faces. I truly feel at home and appreciated here at James on Grand Avenue and all thanks to Shelley, Sileasha and the other wonderful front office staff. Thank you again ladies for making this process easy and painless.
