The Shoal

Chris, Kyle, and the whole team there have been top tier. I've lived in Austin for five years at many different apartments and in addition to one complex in 2018... The Shoal has been by far the most professional, cleanest, best customer service, kindest, and most organized team. The apartments are so clean and new. The location is perfect. Move-in was seamless and uber professional. I had a bad taste in my mouth from Greystar at the Alexan Waterloo so I was not too trusting at first but dealing with the team at The Shoal was refreshing and they were so reliable.

The Shoal is ran by great team. Maintenance is prompt, great great great. Chris and Kyle are phenomenal and friendly leasing agents who address problems quickly, and are very forthcoming about everything. They are always willing to help and always say hi to tenants. I moved in seamlessly and with no surprises into a fantastic building with very good amenities as advertised (the view is even better). Could not wish for a better place.

Excellent management team that cares about the residents. The leasing process was easy and fairly stress free. Chris was attentive to all questions and provided phenomenal customer service. Great place to call home.

This is my 2nd time living downtown in Austin and I really like how it is close to the aliveness of the city but still a distance away from the noise and commotion of the bars, traffic, and busyness. The people are friendly, lots of cute dogs and the management staff organize fun and delicious community gatherings like delicious gourmet popsicles in the hot summer time, bird bird biscuit, and waffle extravaganzas (Thank you Chris!). After having lived right off of Town Lake I have found the cozy feeling of being a bit off the beaten path to be really enjoyable. I can still go for a run on Town lake which is less than a mile away and there is a very peaceful park called Peace park around the corner. If you want to live in a quiet beautiful Downtown apartment I would recommend this one.
