Valley View Apartments

I really enjoy my apartment here, I use Google Fiber and my internet works perfectly. Its fairly quiet with a small amount of noise from the nearby hwy 71 but it's far from a deal breaker. I have found the staff to be courteous, they do balance four properties so while they don't respond instantly they do not keep you waiting forever either. They are very communicative.

Love my apartment ..size is very good love my balcony kitchen appliances looks great landlord so quick to get back with just move in July 10th dont believe everything you read. somethings was not on website but its even pretty to me and person its so quiet

Their Google pictures are highly misleading. Also their cable lines are 25+ years old and management refuses to replace/repair them. Do not expect your wifi or cable boxes to function.

Used to live here. Bad bad roaches. Infestation at a level that even 3 separate bombings couldn't correct. Neighbors in the adjacent buildings had similar issues as well. Crime is bad, police are called regularly. Someone just got shot at the shell gas station across the street and died a month ago. It's getting bad. My guess is because there's low-income living as well as a trailer park across the highway, many vehicles get broken into and vandalized because its not a gated community. No security cameras anywhere? Why? Response time for my last call to the police was over 45 minutes. There is a plus, however it's very close to the fire department and a hospital. Ambulance/Fire response time is under 10 minutes.
