Parker Heights Apartments

Honestly the worst property management experience in my 44 years of life. 1. Falsely advertised their price. 2. Said Id get free Google internet without divulging that the speed was barely fast enough to send an email. 3. Pool was full of algae and unusable for 1.5 years of living there. 4. Got my car towed despite having sticker of approval from the towing company. 5. Populating my neighboring apartments with homeless junkies who I saw begging on the street. 6.Virtually never responded to phone calls, texts, or emails without me first threatening to contact BBB. 7. Vastly understaffed. 8. They didnt pay garbage bill or laundry bill for weeks/ months so that we lost garbage and laundry service. 9. Had to call the police multiple times for domestic assault, gunshots, and neighbors screaming at the top of their lungs at 3am. 10. New manager every 3-6 months so you never know who to call or who youre speaking to if god forbid you should actually get ahold of someone. 11. New maintenance guy every 3-6 months as well. Should I go on? I could. Forever. Do not move here.

In my honest opinion it was just a place to stay.. Not worth the $... Location is the only up side... Can use some MAJOR improvements is an understatement.. I've been here two years and conditions are the same... Meanwhile the rent is ridiculous
