Raven with the leasing staff went above and beyond showing us around even though we arrived to the property late. Raven, once again, thank you very much for allowing us to take up some of your time after hours.

Ive been living here for about two month now and I have greatly enjoyed my experience so far. Raven has been an absolute gem throughout the touring, application, and move in process. The entire staff is very responsive and genuinely seems to care about making sure you have a comfortable and happy experience living at this property.

Please take the reviews of people that have moved out seriously. Of course move in reviews are going to be great, the manager acts super friendly until the end. Lived here a little over 4 years and in all honesty it was okay, until we got the move out amount. I was disappointed that we were charged for the carpet because there were no stains. I thought this would be one of the items in the expected wear and tear after living in the apt for so long. Our family is one that takes their shoes off as soon as we walk in. If I were you Id take my money and move into one of the newer apt down the street. Its only really a couple hundred dollars more + these apts never have good deals. Here are the notes I took throughout the years living at Marquis at Canyon Ridge Pros: Quiet complex Good parking Beautiful church peak to look out at Spacious closet in 686 sq ft 1 bed Near to walking trail Nice main office and surrounding grounds Cons: Dangerous exists: Many car accidents on Dessau Rd - saw about 10 car accidents in the 4 years staying here a few of them hitting the apartment fence. Moldy bathrooms - the mold was excessive in bath tub. We had to make sure to scrub every other day or else it would come back Outdated kitchen cabinets/counter tops: vinyl that pealed and we got charged for this at move out Maintenance is hit or miss - they had attitudes sometimes. Cheap faux laminated floors - the fake wood pealed the first month we were there and we got charged for this at move out Old gym equipment Noisy car sounds for units facing Dessau road Old kitchen appliances - the microwave and refrigerator lights both went out during our stay. They denied changing out the microwave/light so we never reported the fridge light since they most likely wouldnt have replaced it. Gate was broken about half our stay causing easy car burglaries Broken pipes post freeze - it took maintenance MONTHS to repair hole in ceiling. We had to get on them to finally come patch it up.
