Misinformation from Day 1. My partner and I have only been living here for a few months, but was not allowed to view our apartment before the move in date. Once we arrived, we were told there was a “slight odor, but it will be taken care of quickly”. I walked in and almost got sick from the smell. We were promised by Lauren that it would be no problem to get the smell out, but after air treatments, filter changes and painting our cabinets white (which makes our kitchen look terrible), it’s still present. We even had mold on our microwave, which maintenance had to replace. I would have thought that was something that would have been checked before new residents moved in. We were told by Lyn that our cabinets could be replaced, but then when it came to it, that was apparently not an option anymore. Our apartment was not cleaned before we moved in, something we brought up with pictures (I attached a couple), but were told since we didn’t mark how unclean it was on the inventory form, all they could do was “spot clean”, which is something my partner and I have already done. There was oil residue on the cabinets, there was food mess left in the refrigerator, there are orange crumbs inside our bathroom mirror holder, cobwebs on the ceiling, and of course, the smell is still very present. We were promised that this would be taken care of, and they would do anything possible to get the smell out, but after a couple months of us bothering them about it, they told us there was nothing they could do, and we could terminate our lease “if it bothered us that much”. If we could, we would, but we are not financially able at this moment, so we just have to deal with it. We have also been paying full rent this entire time (way overpriced for what you get), without any relief for the hassle we have had to go through. Maintenance has been great, and has done everything they were told to do, but the office has made us feel lied to, gaslit and taken advantage of. We don’t want anyone else to go through what we have been through.

I have lived at this property for quite a few years now and as it comes time for me to leave I felt it was time to leave a review. First the staff. I've had nothing, but helpful and pleasant interactions with the office, but I really have to call out Lyn for always knowing what to say and trying to help. He has a way with people that always makes you feel heard. Also the maintenance team. Renee and David are always courteous and always prompt when coming out for repairs. It's so nice that they actually make an effort to interact with you. As for the property itself. I have never felt unsafe here. It's mostly young professionals and everyone is friendly. The yards are huge and great for anyone with a dog. The surrounding neighborhood is also full of trees and sidewalks for walking or jogging around. If you are sensitive to noise though or have odd or early working hours I would recommend choosing a top floor as you will be able to hear your neighbors if you live on a bottom floor. Thankfully majority of my time here was quiet for the most part and when I did have an issue the office tried to resolve it for me immediately. Last, but not least. The huge ice and snow storm that we had was hard on the entire complex. It sucked. Nobody likes being without heat when it's freezing, but it was so nice seeing both Lyn and Renee out on foot around the property trying to help and fix things as they froze. This was when the ground was so iced over that it wasn't even safe to be trying to walk on so kudos to them for making that effort. Overall if you're looking for safe comfortable place to live I would recommend this complex.

Definitely NOT recommend. 1. The wall is very thin. You will be able to hear your neighbors talking easily. Also, if you have upstairs neighbors, you can hear than walking too! You will feel the vibration from them walking. However, the management won't give much support to you. 2. The gym has been under construction for several months. 3. The rent is so much higher than previous years yet the apartment condition is getting worse. It's not worth the price you are paying. It used to be a nice and sweet place when being managed by IMT. 4. They can surprise you with a move out cost such as carpet cleaning even when you have already hired professionals to clean your place. 5. (The only good thing) The maintenance team is great. They always come fix the issues very quickly.
