Have only been in contact with new staff for about 3 days, they are amazing. All of the women in the office have been extremely helpful, attentive and you can tell they care. Their plans to clean up the property are promising. I look forward to seeing the changes and the positive impact they will have on our day to day living environment.

UPDATE:Since I cant respond to the owner, these neighbors are not next to me where I hear them through the walls, theyre OUTSIDE ON THEIR PATIOS making this noise all day and night. No one has ever reached back out to me even through that emailed you provided. You ignore your residents and it not fair. I am fed up at this point and I am asking for results. Bad tenants are ruining this community. I have been living here since 2017 and has a seen a major decline in this property. We used to have events, free food, etc. This place used to really care for their residents but recently I found out that Management has lied about prices, I was paying for a free W/D apparently that was supplied to the residents that I never used because I had my own, never was offered any funds back, all the extra fees on top of the rent and these neighbors are GHETTO! I mean they despise it being quiet over here. Dont be fooled by the pool and exterior. Come and drive around after 8 pm to hear everyone outside drunk, talking and dogs barking. They wait specifically after quiet hours to come outside and be out on the patio when all the other neighbors are trying to sleep. Its constantly loud through this complex all day and night. Management sends out emails about the cigarette butts, keeping insurance, picking up dog poop everyday but not advising neighbors to respect others, etc. I cant get anyone at the leasing office to contact me about this matter despite all my efforts. Its exhausting and I love my location but I have to leave when my lease is up because its getting worse.
