Today I needed my door lock fixed on my storage unit. Not only did Aslan fix the lock for me, but he also touched up the paint that had chipped away on the door. I want to thank him as well as Scott and Josh for really being a stand out maintenance team here at HENLEY! I really appreciate you guys and your professionalism.

My breaker tripped on Friday close to 5 PM. I called the office and maintenance (Aslan) arrived immediately. He came to my apartment to see what might've caused it to trip and found that the dryer needed to be repaired. They (Aslan and Josh) came back first thing on Monday to repair the dryer and quickly resolved the issue.

Current resident since June 2021. I'm writing this review because I'm frustrated. Almost all of my maintenance tickets are closed, with no resolution. So I've decided to list all outstanding issues with supporting photos here. Will update it on a weekly basis... Security and safety is a major concern: -The garage gate is broken. Key fobs do not work since March 2024. -The Montopolis entrance gate has been broken since Oct 2023. You cannot enter property n must go around. - The Riverside entrance gate broke in mid March 2024. Your key fobs won't work. - Stairwell 2 door is open to the outside (Riverside). All homeless are welcome! -Stairwell 3 door is open to the outside (Montopolis). All homeless are welcome! -Pedestrian gate on Montopolis does not work period. Oct 2023 All other outstanding issues: - About half of the gym lights don't work since Feb 2024. - The water fountain outside of the gym has been blinking red since July 2023. - Management has decided to play music in the courtyard 24/7 since March 2024. Residents are complaining that it's loud. - The garage is filthy. Some places on the first level get cleaner as you walk on it. - A few selfish residents leave their vehicles in the charging stations, even after they're done charging. So a lot of times you can't charge your car. - The hallways smell really bad and carpets are stained. Years of dogs urination and trash seepage. Some residents do not follow the rules and leave their trash out sometimes for days. I've never seen them wash the carpets either. - Stairwell 1 smells like urine since Feb 2024 Due to lack of security your packages are guaranteed to get stolen, and your car will get broken into and/or stolen. You have been warned. Over the last three years, I have made a lot of friends in the building, and have seen/heard about at least 4 stolen vehicles, about two dozen break into cars, and a lot of delivery packages get stolen as well. One Friday am (around 4) I witnessed two shady looking dudes stealing all the belongings from someone's storage room. Management please fix all doors and gates as soon as possible, so we the residents can call Henley a safe place to live. Thank you!
