I currently rent one of the 2 most expensive cottages on property now going on close to 3 yrs....dealing with the trash/ garbage issues has been a non stop problem from day one. I have countless photos of the dumpster area to prove it. Making complaints does nothing because they employ inexperienced individuals who aren't capable of getting anything done. Promises, Promises, and MORE unkempt Promises are all we receive. Paying for trash removal that constantly remains un removed. It is a health hazard and an embarrassment to my children trying to explain to their friends why it ALWAYS looks this way. And trying to get an actual phone number to reach someone higher up the corporate ladder has been virtually impossible. If anyone has a contact number for them, please reply.

I enjoyed living at the Park at Flower Mound. HOWEVER, when COVID hit and I, a single mother, was laid off they had absolutely NO COMPASSION. I tried to arrange payment arrangements and they wouldn't work with me. The then reported my account to collections with no notice or response to my request. They don't care about you only your money!

We love the staff at the Marquis On Gaston! They are all an amazing group of people. It starts with the leadership Brian and Jessica you guys are always on top of everything and so helpful! I wanted to also thank Mr. Hernan Cuño one Of the maintenance workers. He’s always so kind and goes above and beyond when we need something from him. Well the whole maintenance staff does! They are all great! We’ve been living here 8 years and have enjoyed every moment.

The only thing good thing about the Marquis at Stonebriar is that the maintenance team is good and quick to respond. But CWS Management needs to seriously look into changing the property manager here. The property manager, Amada Turner, seems to think it’s appropriate to constantly schedule random inspections and renovations insides apartments while tenants are STILL LIVING THERE but doesn’t put the effort into ensuring that apartments are ready prior to tenants moving in. Amada also will notify you, at short notice, about the inspection/renovation literally a day before it’s scheduled and threaten to charge you $250 if you need to reschedule it for a different day. For those who have children and/or work from home, you can all understand how inconvenient this is to constantly have random men coming inside, all throughout your apartment and into your personal spaces. You will have no peace here at all. On top of that, they increase the rent by $200 or more every few months. I don’t recommend this property. They’re just a money guzzling community that doesn’t care about the tenants living here. There are better apartments throughout area with much better management and less expensive. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
