Moonlight

My experience living at Moonlight Apartments has been horrible. I originally loved the building when I first moved in as the apartment was beautiful, clean and quiet. But that didnt last long. The building is less than two years old and it is in complete disarray, the hallways are filthy, no one pick up their pet feces, people will throw garbage anywhere but inside the garbage. The wall are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, on a few occasions police has been called due to domestic and child violence. The mail room door has been broken for 9months and the mail room is rarely cleaned. The gym has 3 machines and random children will run in and out of the gym all day making it extremely dangerous to exercise. children will bang on your doors and run away, knock on your door asking for money, leave trash and food at your door. Outside Bugs will come into your apartment no matter how clean you keep it. During summer hours The pool is dominated by large parties of people that dont live in the building, they will have parties into the early morning hours. You cannot use the clubhouse after hours and if you want to reserve it you have to pay a $500 fee.The building management will not inform their tenants of plannedmaintenance so maintenance will just randomly show up without warning wanting to fix a problem you didnt cause. Most of maintenance doesnt speak English,so you cant fully communicate with them or understand why they need to enter your apartment. I truly liked the apartment when I first moved in as the neighborhood is beautiful but please consider another apartment, that will take your money and use it to continue to beautify the apartment complex and actually care about the happiness and safety of their tenants .

I live here for a while now and all I can really say is how much I love it here. I'm currently living with my daughter and I can say I never felt more safe. I'm usually very concerned about the safety of my baby and here I dont have that. I'm sure like all other complexes it has its small issues but don't that restrict you from coming here and visiting this amazing complex, the pool is beautiful we have a beautiful view to a lake and theres easy access to stores, food, school. I really love it here, here I am creating memories for my child and in a safe place, where the office people treat you with so much love and respect. Love all the management they never gave me no hard time they have always been comprehensive and prompt to fix any issues that appear here. Apartments are BEAUTIFUL!!! I remember well the day I came to visit i went into the apartment saying to myself i wish i could afford to live in this beautiful place and now here i am and i don't regret choosing MOONLIGHT APARTMENTS as my home......

I came to see my kids, and the upstairs neighbors can be HEARD , running and yelling and stomping. The hallways are gross Kids break through to get to the bathrooms and gym. They can pull the keyfob doors open. It's not safe. Somone keeps lifting the entry gates off the rail so it stops opening and closing.

I have complained almost a dozen times about my upstairs neighbors making ridiculous amounts of noise, screaming and playing loud music all times of the day & night. I am a RN and have been working 12 hours shifts with little to no sleep due to my neighbors. Management hasnt done anything to resolve the issue!! I have called 4 times this week alone, and they haven't even bothered to call me back. Now I have asked to reserve the party room for a small gathering, and I'm told there is a $500 deposit! And it's only available during office hours! That room is an amenity! And not ONCE during my tour, did they mention this! Why should we have to pay for amenities!? The trash is piled up and often spills into the streets! Including broken glass! This apartment complex was brand new... but has turned into a hot mess fast! Management never knows what the hell is going on or how to fix problems. All they do is avoid your call & hope you drop the issue! Save yourself the trouble & don't let the photos online fool you... it isn't worth it!
