Quarters - Nueces

I've never heard of charge for rent per person... This apartment complex is miss leading looks like a part of The University. Over 2,000a month for my granddaughter and her boyfriend. This is taking advantage of our children who are stepping into the adult world. Parents beware.!! Too bad I couldn't give it a zero rating

Horrible experience here. As a resident, my car was towed without any warning -- no signs were placed in the parking garage indicating one way or another that no one could park in this section, and then no written warning or phone call given to me that I had parked in the 'wrong' area.

The most terrible experience living here. If you want to hear construction noise all day long and glass smashing sound at 5 am every morning, welcome to Quaters-Nueces! I wanted to end the contract earlier by paying fine but unable to do so cuz the leasing office required me to find someone to sublease. Ended up being trapped here for one year. Pls don't rent here! Find other places! FIND OTHER PLACES!!!!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Whichever maintenance people came into my apartment drank my liquor. Many many other problems I don't want to get in to but that was the worst.

My apartment at Quarters Nueces just got broken into this morning. The suspect kicked down our front door and would have gotten into our bedroom if we hadnt barricaded the door with a desk and held it shut with our bodyweight. Quarters has horrible security (the doors facing 23rd Street dont even lock) and management has not done anything about it for months. The management is also horriblecomplaints are not actually addressed. I lived at Quarters Nueces during their renovation, where they displaced me to Moxy hotel and have not yet reimbursed me for the food spent during my apartments renovation. Construction noise has kept me up during the entire school year last year, and the resulting renovations are not even that high quality. The vinyl floors warp from water and heat and have started to peel up. The bathroom caulk is cracking already. Quarters apartment pricing is way too high for the quality of life I have experienced here. I do not feel safe in my apartment here.
