However, they use Fetch packaging, which often takes an extra day to get packages delivered to your door. The fire alarms are very sensitive as well and go off frequently. They are LOUD.
After my last edit, Ive seen improvements again so they do seem to take feedback well (thank you). Im hesitant to add another star until Ive seen sustained improvement but will revisit and update soon hopefully!

This building is right next to a train track and during the day there are only small quiet metro trains but throughout the night there are long freight trains that are loud and shakes the building and can wake you up that lasts from 3-5 mins depending on how long the train is (my unit didnt face the track, i faced north so i can only imagine being along the track) . The fire alarm goes off randomly pretty often compared to any other complex Ive ever lived in causing you to have to stop what youre doing whether working or sleeping and evacuating. They have multiple annual inspections throughout the year, which theres nothing wrong with but is more frequent than Ive ever experienced, that require them to enter your complex, move your vehicle, set off the fire alarm throughout the day, etc. so if you work from home, youll need to make arrangements to work elsewhere o to accommodate them. There were times my key fobs would stop working to enter certain doors and having to figure out another way in, then get it reconfigured at the office. The entry doors, gym, parking garage and elevators would randomly go down as well.. the complex was pretty good about getting the issues resolved but they were so frequent experiences to where I wouldnt be surprised anymore. I once took a guest to the pool and it was extremely filthy with hair, bugs and debris floating around so I never went back. My water heater must've been small as the hot water would run out within 10 mins. I had my doormat and a few packages disappear (which Ive never experienced before living anywhere else) but I guess thats not the apartments fault.
While those are things I wish I was aware of prior to moving there, I had a good overall experience living at e6. Once they changed their office staff, everyone was kind, professional and willing to help. I NEVER had any issues with pests in my unit which is sooo important. My neighbors were quiet and nice. The location is very convenient. Maintenance resolved issues promptly. Appliances/plumbing worked well.
I overall had a pleasant stay and would recommend living here short term, but I was also ready to move to somewhere where I could feel more calm and settled without having to function around loud trains at night, fire alarms randomly going off, and other periodic apartment issues stated above. But if you can work around that, there are definitely worse places Ive stayed in terms of neighbors or pests. Everyone has pros/cons theyd prefer to live with

Update: I have had my second instance of seeing a homeless person in the stairwell while leaving for work. I would not advise living here if you value security.
