So far, I feel very lucky to have come across this complex and leasing staff. I really enjoy the amenities, location, and surrounding neighborhood; the park is amazing! Everyone in the office that Ive met (Yesenia, Cher, Jack, Keisha) have always welcomed me with kindness and have worked hard to quickly assist and resolve any questions or concerns Ive had. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe and well-kept option close to downtown or UT.

Recently moved out of Korina because I moved for work, but I totally would have renewed if I stayed in Austin. Viviana is the manager and you can just tell she loves what she does. Always had a smile and always was a great experience. Miss yall!!

Love the friendly staff, quick maintenance response, monthly resident events and safety and location of this place. Parks close by for good hike and friendly community. Since I move here I have had just nice experiences, I highly recommend moving here. Your pets also love it

My stay here has been great! Jack has been very helpful and friendly since day 1, and joey in maintenance has also been helpful and responsive! I loved my stay here, I will definitely be back in the future!

Update 2 (7.16.2024) Their responses on here of wanting to help out meant nothing. Nothing offered or even acknowledged to help out this. Due to their promises of sending account to credit agencies and lack of responsiveness from greystar, forced to pay excessive fees to protect my credit. Shame. Update (6.26.2024): despite Korina replying to the original message here saying theyll have their account team look into this and my constant communication with all parties, we have received notice of collections today. Its a shame to have empty promises and Greystar acting in bad faith. Original: Ill start with my time at Korina all of the onsite staff are amazing. I have nothing but good remarks about them. Unfortunately, I have to give a 1 star as since leaving Korina their corporate office continues to be beyond difficult with my outstanding balance. I moved out in January and am still disputing. Now, this is nothing to do with potential damages or other subjective things. The disputes are strictly rent and insurance fees. At first, they were charging me for time after I moved out with official notice. I went back and forth and it was like the corporate office wasnt even reading my emails and forwarded proof from the leasing office. It wasnt until I continued to escalate and involve the onsite team did any change get made. Now corporate is refusing to make changes to outstanding balance of hundred in fees on my ledger associated with charges to those who dont have renters insurance. But the thing is, I have emailed them our insurance policies showing we have coverage in addition to email threads with the leasing office during our lease term communicating our policy. This is bad faith. My advice to all residents, follow up in emails about everything.
