Residents/ guest of residence speeding through the complex with little to no regard for children that live in this complex. Management does nothing about it.. Ive witnessed on several occasions children and adults almost being hit by cars while trying to pick up their kids from the front of the complex from bus stop. Police presence is definitely needed during school days 3pm -345 pm just a suggestion.

Edited to add: Editing review in the same week because my apartment is flooding AGAIN, its been about an hour and a half now and no sign of maintenance or management addressing the issue. On top of this, there is no way to get in contact with anyone from the office for this emergency issue (as is defined by their auto phone line) because they (property management team) have their emergency maintenance line disabled! So much for 24/7 maintenance in the case of emergencies. Original post: 1. The gate is always broken. 2. Piece of gate missing by the playground that allows for squatters to make their way into the community on the off chance that the main gate is actually working. 3. Squatters in multiple vacant units at any given time because open units are left unlocked (repeatedly and remains to be a continued issue). 4. Apartments will probably flood when the temperature drops below 30 degrees Fahrenheit (This has happened in both 2021 and in the recent 2024 freeze). 5. Likely cause being that vacant units are not heated and faucets are not dripped (even though their own signage and messaging reminds tenants to do so in their occupied units). 6. Never answer their emails and good luck getting them on the phone. 7. Antiquated visitor parking situation (you have to set up your visitors car on an online portal). 8. Apartments generally smell of smoke. 9. If it floods, good luck getting any fans or dehumidifiers until the day after. 10. Appliances generally don't work. 11. Pest problem no matter how clean your apartment is or what preventative measures you take because of vacant units. (We used to have a persistent roach problem due to the state of the unit next to us because there were squatters in there until the vacant unit next to us was leased). 12. Stolen packages, had a package stolen literally a minute after it was delivered once. 13. Overall poor management. 14. Cheap paint, appliances, fixtures, floors, carpet, etc, but you get what you pay for I guess.
