giving this place 2 stars instead of one only because of the management and the areas that are actually renovated. management is super chill and the renovated areas are nice. repairs at first took WEEKS to get looked at, but eventually took only a day or two. the apartments are not cleaned before you move in, so my apartment was so gross at first. honestly, the entire building is dirty up until the end of winter when they actually sweep all of the ice salt off the floor and take all of the dust with it. fire alarms are extremely sensitive and go off every other day when opening the oven or just cooking. weve even had the fire department come in only for it to be nothing. i swear im putting in repair requests every 2 weeks because our AC unit leaks, our light switch is broken, etc. i was here for less than a month before i decided that i was not renewing. rent is not a bad price for west campus but still costs more than the conditions should be worth

Living here the last two years of college has been great! Loved their roommate matching program and the management is extremely friendly and great! Specially the Assistant Manager Sanjana, shes always the best!

Overall I love it here. My room is big and I love my roommates. More affordable than most places, amenities could be newer but you get what you pay for. If you have any problems just talk to Tamara shes great.
