If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a cesspool. New management is a disaster. On top of all the other reviews talking about squatters in vacant apartments they did nothing about ( who one of them was recently released from prison ) the outside is trash currently there is a pile of trash bags a sink and tons of other materials because they flooded a whole apartment which ended up flooding the one next to it. We went a whole week with out a working shower and I contacted though email and phone call dozens of times and got no response until the following Monday where I had to call again after leaving tons of voice mails and emails. There was also a unit filled to the brim with mold. Management is rude and hostile they dont take care of this complex or the units. They just paint over the showers and once the paint comes off after a few showers youre left to see what looks like mold or rust. The drawers just fall off and Im sure we will be charged for all of this after we move even though its due to their incompetence. This is the worst place ive ever had the misfortune to live at. I do know of another person who rented here and they failed to fix her ac to the point it killed her pet rat. This place is the definition of a cesspool. The washer and dryer machines almost never work properly and I have experienced people trying ti steal my underwear. I also had a package stolen from me and management never batted a eye. Do not ever give this place your money. Sincerely, disappointed but not surprised. Enjoy the pictures below

The new management is slow and selective in addressing your concerns. You need to reach out several times for a reply which does not solve your problem at all. It takes more than a week for maintenance to come. They will not inform you upfront of the fees you need to pay. You need to wrote several emails (and cc their supervisors) to correct any wrong charges in your bill. More to add: our ac was broken in the mid of June requested for maintenance but never heard from management.

Horrible management. They ignore your questions about important things like lease renewal and never respond to your maintenance requests. Communication with them is a real pain. They also don't notify you of apartment showings in advance and just rudely invade your unit.

The new management really ruined this place. It obviously wasnt the nicest place to live before but at least was a better deal than most other student living. We experienced squatters, break-ins, lack of proper lighting in walkways, mailbox being broken into.. the list goes on.. all with barely any response from mgmt. It took stating that we would call the code enforcement to get maintenance to our unit for lack of hot water for over TWO WEEKS. Not only that, but we received multiple emails about rent INCREASING without any acknowledgement of any future improvements before receiving responses about literal squatters in vacant units. It takes at least a week for maintenance to respond to even the smallest of requests, and there is no phone number that takes emergency calls or just calls generally, only a number to text that usually gives automated responses. Its safe to say I could not be paid to live here again.
