By far one of the best construction companies in the Pigeon Forge, TN area. My Cabin burned down during the Hatcher Mountain Fires and Lipsey Home Builders (LHB) came to my rescue! LHB Owner met me at the construction site, listened to my needs & with in 60 days had approved architectural plans ready and 5 months later started construction, on budget & definitely ahead of time......Wow!......Double Wow! He and his staff (Mrs. Amber - Project Mgr & Mr. Tommy - Construction Supervisor) were very professional and amazing to work with, they kept me informed during the build process and always went above and beyond, definitely highly recommend this company...they are the "best"!!

Lipsey Home Builders recently finished building our cabin in the Smoky Mountains. We had a great experience, even though living over 500 miles away. Joe was easy to work with, especially during the planning stages. He eagerly helped us make changes to the floor plan and design of our cabin to meet our needs and desires. Project coordinator, Amber, was unbelievably efficient at keeping everyone scheduled and the job on track. She is an awesome communicator and kept us informed of all the details throughout the build. Head carpenter, Tommy, took great care in his work and even added extra touches that he knew we would appreciate. We are very happy with our cabin. Joe was great to work with! Being in new construction myself, I would say I had higher than most expectations. A key part through the process especially when building from afar is communication. He sent weekly progress photos which made it easy to trust him and limited my trips to the homesite. Thanks again!

After a terrible experience with a different builder I was referred to LHB on my next build and couldnt have been happier with my experience. He built us an amazing cabin! I would use him again without question. Stayed on budget and schedule and was very communicative through the process.
