We had an amazing experience with Bud George & his team at Parks Realty. Bud & his team are very knowledgeable about the market, and helped to guide our purchasing decision. Additionally, they are so responsive, between questions about showings & all follow-up questions. Lastly, they are organized & made closing a breeze by staying in constant contact to ensure that we had timely information & didn't miss any deadlines. While purchasing a home can be stressful, Bud & his team made the process smooth & removed much of the stress by being true professionals. Thanks to them for their help!

I couldn't be happier with my experience. Moving my mom out of her home and into a new place can be daunting. Bud took care of us every step of the way and was a wonderful advocate for us through the entire process.

Bud and his associates are awesome. Not only do they have an amazing understanding of the area and the housing market, but they also have a depth of knowledge about houses. They are more like a group of experts covering all the aspects of buying or building a house than just a simple group of associates trying to sell houses. Before deciding to build a house, going out with Bud and Mark Andrew to look at houses was very pleasent. They listened as my wife and I as we reacted to things we liked and disliked in the houses they showed us. Then they adaptively made more recommendations, sometimes on the fly (they really kept an eye on the market). After choosing to go the route of building a housee, Bud help us find a great location. He kept us up-to-date on open lots and available builders. After choosing a local, Josh's understanding of construction was invaluable. And Laura's eye for color coordination made our interior choices so much easier. It was great that Bud was there through the whole process. He even came to the signing to make sure there was no surprisess. Thank you so much Bud. You made getting a home as simple and easy as possible!
