Patricia and I faced a mortgage company that was doing the process of appraisal and inspections completely out of order. But Patricia kept a smile and worked through everything quickly and thoroughly. Even when the mortgage company switched loans from a FHA to a VA loan, Patricia worked with the sellers agent to assure the sellers that everything would come together.

Mrs. Vance helped me in buying my first home. I would recommend her if you need one. She was very helpful and provided insight for every question you have. She always stands on your side, advising me from the perspective if she would buy the home for her kid. She even advised on the point of the home reselling value. If you have any doubt or concern, i would suggest to ask her right away. Like in my case, my lender failed me and i had the feeling about it through the communication, and she gave me advice to contact other lender as backup. I believe that If i didn't have her lender, i would not be able to buy the house now. Thank you so much for the great service. Ah, she helped me when i got flat tire as well. She is a great real estate advisor.

We started working with her about 4-5 months ago without luck of getting a house. Patricia was always so knowledgeable patient and available with the whole process since day one. She would always work out with our scheduling which is so important especially in this market where if you do not see the house the same day, it would be gone the next.
