This place is great if you're a crackhead or homeless. You can just walk right in and take a nap in the lobby. If you need to use the restroom, just piss in the stairwell. That's what all the other bums in the neighborhood do. No one will call the police or stop you. The cameras in the parking lot and hallways don't work. So if you want to break into someones car, or go door to door checking to see if doors or locked- have at it! If someone tries to report it to the office, management will just tell them there is nothing they can do, so don't worry- You won't get caught! If someone calls the police on you, they will drive around the block and won't even bother to enter the building- so don't worry about them either. Also since the cameras don't work, that means free Amazon packages EVERYWHERE! They are all FREE! You can just take them from the lobby or even from somebodies front door and NO ONE WILL STOP YOU! If you love cockroaches and bedbugs then you can't find a place better in Memphis than The Pulse Apartments! All of the bedbugs and roaches hang out here. Don't bother trying to keep them out of your apartment either- your neighbors are hoarders so they will be multiplying faster than you can say "UTILITIES INCLUDED!". This place also great if you need help with narcolepsy! No chance you'll be sleeping easily here! With people playing loud music right out front it will shake the entire building ensuring you have a free, constant, alarm clock at all hours of the day and night. Not to mention the thin walls, if the stereos don't keep you awake, your neighbors children definitely will! Oh, and don't forget- they're hiring! If you are a criminal looking for a job-look no further! The Pulse has gone through 2 property managers in the 3 months Wogan Property Management has owned the building. The the last lady (Ashley) offered to sell fake paystubs out of the office. No need for morals when you are dealing with the livelihoods of hundreds of human beings! The Pulse Apartments is the perfect home for you and as many of your crackhead friends as you can fit into a 1 bedroom!

So who was fired in the office for stealing money?? All i know is that they had better been stealing rent money from the right one. That aint cool.

This isnt half. Was told my apt was ready. Got here, it wasnt. My apt hasnt been sprayed. Ive found paint chipping near my daughters vagina and in her mouth. Mold underneath the paint. Cant tell me when pest control is coming. Havent been here a month. Our health is at risk. Lawsuit coming asap. Code enforcement about to be notified.
