if i could give 0 stars i would, my counselor quit without saying anything also she barely even spoke and didnt give me very good resources.

45 years old and 1st time in my life I try to get help with my depression and this guy Jim who was in a whole new world. Maybe said 40 words to me in 45 minutes. All it was is pretty much one question do I have thoughts of suicide. Absolutely no advice for me. Just a piece of paper with suicide hotline. Just confirms me that nobody really gives a care about anyone else. A family member and friend talk me into this. What a joke.
