        Store was busy I waited in line for 30 min then the lady sent me to a kiosk worked with it for 10 min it wouldn't work nobody would help so I left because line was out of the door by then and I have POTS I couldn't stand in line all that time again

        For the most part, anytime I need to mail a package or return it's a seemless process. It doesn't hurt that my local UPS store is... EXTREMELY LOCAL, lol. Always nice employees and a clean environment.
