Saladworks - Closed

Permanently closed. Shop is closed and signage gone. Big bummer. Sad situation in Bristol. Healthy places to eat don't survive well here.

Very pricey per person for Salad, but has great options for all kinds of likes and dislikes. Also, the serving size is usually big enough for two meals, so keep that in mind when ordering. Parking: Just a few minutes to walk inside.

Definitely not as good as I remembered from the salad works I used to go to (mind you I used to go back i college). Way overpriced now! Paid OVER $20! I could sit down and get waited on for less (and I have). It's salad and shouldn't cost that much!

Food was great and the salads were huge! Unfortunately my visit was ruined by their assistant manager. She was extremely rude when I asked about swapping some of the toppings out for a different item. She seemed offended that I asked. It was very clear that she was having a bad day and she took that out on me. After she made my food I asked the young lady at the cash register what the manager's name was. The manager overheard me asking and this ticked her off even more as she came right over and looked as if she was going to slap me and said I am *****Assistant Manager! Do you have a problem?!! I was shocked! I told her that I hope her day got better. I did not want to write this poor review on Google. However I went on the saladworks website and wrote about how horrible this assistant manager treated me and never heard anything back. I wrote to them exactly 2 weeks ago today. I will not be back as I don't ever want to encounter the disgruntled employee again.
