New Again Houses

I feel compelled to write this review because I want people to call New Again first! From my initial inquiry w/Annie who was very polite and prompt to Chris who arranged the contractor to Danny...WOW... what a BEAUTIFUL job Danny did with a bathroom and kitchen caulking repair. I could not be happier with everything from New Again Homes!!! THANK YOU!!!

Use to be a good company that was out to help people get houses by offering Bridge to own but now they just buy houses to flip for way more money actually hurting others and increasing the Homelessness rate

We bought a house that was remodeled by New Again recently. While the cosmetics of the house are gorgeous, there are some general things that are lacking. While this can be expected with any house you purchase, new again had recently remodeled this house and these were small things you would assume would be completed by a thorough contractor. Things like gutters being installed incorrectly, lack of outlets put in, doors not opening and closing easily, no caulk around toilet or sink, backsplash cracking and falling out, plumber had to come out already to adjust something, etc. Again, these are small things that can be easily fixed, but you would expect higher quality from those who remodel multiple homes a month. Beautiful home - just has been a work in progress since we moved in!
