We had a painting project and contacted Austin’s for a quote and then hired them to do the job. I was impressed with them as they showed up to quote when they said they would and when we give them the job again they showed up when they said they would. Their work is great and their prices are very fair. I will use the again in the future and I certainly would recommend them to others. Very honest and dependable.

Austin has completely remodeled our house. His skills are far above any other handy man, roofer or carpenter in the tricities area. His prices are reasonable and fair. His work is excellent.

Not a 5 star business. When I first reached out to schedule an inspection for some work to be done it seemed like I was an annoyance. They showed up two days later than we had set up with no explanation or apology. Then, he stated he didn’t have a large enough ladder with him. Once he did do the inspection he told me what he found and we discussed the next steps. Then the next day he messages me and says “I’m not interested”. I am not sure what kind of business turns away a customer in a field they claim to make repairs in..... with no explanation. I will add even though I was frustrated with how I had been treated thus far I did not express it, so there is no way they turned me away based on my attitude. Extremely unprofessional company. Amazing how they have other 5 star reviews. Would not recommend

I found Austin through Angie’s list and have hired him for two different roof projects. One was a new metal roof on a smaller house and the other a repair job for shingle roof which had some water issues around the fireplace. Austin is always prompt, professional, courteous and hard-working! Both jobs were finished efficiently and effectively. Austin gives fair quotes and is someone I would trust in my house even if I’m not home. I will definitely call him for any future work I need completed.

A coworker of mine recommended Austin's Home Improvements, and they were incredible! They replaced the roof on our home and hauled away 5 tons of old, brittle shingles. The price was fair, and we couldn't be happier with the service and the new roof. We will definitely call Austin again and recommend him to others. He went above and beyond. He was responsive, prompt, efficient, polite, personable--honestly, we have nothing bad to say about the whole experience. We plan on calling him again for some other projects at our home.
