        These guys are nothing but scammers. They dont get you the cheapest insurance like they supposedly do and also their staff, especially the receptionist is extremely rude. They thought they were going to pull a fast one on me and my family by almost tripling our payments when we did nothing wrong. We were platinum members and that doesnt mean anything to these guys. If anything, that just means its more expensive and we had liability. Tried saying that my car, an almost 20 yr old sedan $1,000 for 6 months to insure it for just liability. But yet I just went to State Farm and its only $300 for 6 months. My payments went from $350 down to $100 since I went Glenn Goad at State Farm. My father always got his insurance through Jim Embree back when Jim was still around and actually got you cheap insurance. Had them for years and now his kid took over and is running it down the drain. Need to replace all of them and get people that are respectful and honest.

      I am sorry you have had a bad experience we strive to give the best experience possible. Please stop by as I would like to discuss the issues with you. As far as the rates, they are set by the company your policy was issued thru and we have no say in that. We do try to catch policies that increase drastically and work to find a better rate but unfortunately, we do miss some and I am sorry we missed yours. Again, please stop by so we can discuss further.
