        Goosehead lied about a window that was broken and boarded up. They said to fix it or they would cancel our homeowners policy in two weeks time. There's NO boarded up broken window at my house. The author of the letter never returned a call and an email message asking about the bogus allegation. They did so by email no less, not even a mailed letter. All very unprofessional and distasteful. They did us a favor though because we started looking for other house and car insurance afterwards and found it at a significantly lower rate with better coverage.
