I strongly recommend Kris Belcher at Nash & Powers, as a board member for Northbrook Condo's I was tasked with reviewing our current insurance policy. As a standard practice we shop around and look for the best providers and in doing so I met Kris, he is very knowledgeable about insurance and was willing to review our current insurance to see if he could help us in anyway. After reviewing our current policy, he pointed out that one of our buildings was undervalued and if we had a major catastrophe our current insurance would not cover all the damage. He came back with a quote that not only fully covered all of our buildings properly, he was even able to save us money from our current policy. He definitely went above and beyond, and he still contacts me periodically just to check in. I highly recommend Kris Belcher and I think he deserves a 10 Star rating, he definitely surpassed all my expectations.
