I have been a customer of Stateline Services for about a year. The company was highly recommended to me and I'm very glad I chose to select them as my service company. I chose to take advantage of the Gold Membership plan and would definitely recommend that to anyone. Stateline has been easy to work with for annual service checkup appointments for my HVAC in the Spring and Fall, as well as an annual checkup on electrical and plumbing which helps to catch any problems before they become something bigger. Ashley even called me to set up my HVAC checkup for the Spring this year without me having to call to get an appointment. All of the technicians that I've met have been wonderful and very professional. I like that they send both a text and email when a technician is on the way to the house. They arrive in uniform and with vehicles that are clearly branded with the company information. They go over all the information upon completing work and leave things clean and neat. My experience with Stateline Services has been excellent and I highly recommend them.

My technician was named Zach. He was such a professional young man Went above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that my sink got drained properly. And insured by sticking a camera down it so he can see what was inside.

I am a long time customer of HVAC and have always had excellent service residential and commercial. Thomas was the technician today on a residential job and hes exactly what you hope for. Knowledge and professional!
