Stood for 10 minutes waiting for help to get a color match while 5 workers stared at me, never acknowledging me the first time. Ended up helping myself and having to guess on my shade. Did not purchase anything.

Left from the Kingsport Pavilion after a negative experience. This Ulta redeemed everything negative I had just experienced. When we asked for assistance in perfume, a knowledgeable staff member assisted us promptly. She even discussed which scents we enjoy and which ones not so much. She made suggestions to try based on what our preferences were and assisted us with this daunting task. Excellent service. She even suggested the travel option on a couple to test later which was a great idea! We ended up going back and purchasing a larger one because we had time to try it out using the travel and loved it. Excellent service. Selection was moderate. Store was clean and appeared well stocked.

I'm not certain I've ever been in and not had to wait in a long line at a counter with only one employee, while multiple others roam the store. It doesn't seem to be an understaffing issue, but it still leaves me feeling bad for the solo cashiers who get to deal with frustration from customers when they've little to no control over it.
