T-Mobile

From my experience and from what I hear after asking around... tmobile isn't the best carrier around for getting reception. What I'm tired of, as a customer of 18+ years, is that the answer you get from the store is totally different than the answer you get when you dial 611.

I found Dalton to be well educated in his field. He was very kind and patient with me and helped teach me plenty about my new phone and quickly solved my problems

Horrible! There was only 1 person in the store and they were taking care of someone when I walked in. Never even said hello. There was another gentlemen waiting and then 2 minutes after I walked in about 6 other people walked in. So, I left and got in my car and when I did, only 1 other agent came out from the back. This store is in a very busy location, so you would think they would have at least 3 to 4 people staffed there, especially during peak hours, which happen to be between 4pm and 8pm. I should know because I worked retail cellular sales for 18 years. Please do better! I pay over 300.00 a month for my services with Tmobile but between lack of staff and not being able to get call backs from people at the call centers and having my issues not resolved in over 3 years, I am seriously considering switching services. DO BETTER!

The employees here are doing their best. Darryal is good and very experienced.. Show them some love and understanding!
