I truly don't like going to Bo Jangles late (or any unit), it seems that they do not have a process to be efficient. There was 1 (one) person filling the orders while the rest watched not really working together. Fries were the hard and over cooked. I know I should know better than to go so late but it could not be helped, still no excuse.

Well I thought it was just late, it seems that regardless this unit has no lean principles... They are so Disorganized it is a shame... to much confusion!
