My ice maker has not worked for over 15 months! Last week Ben, one of the maintenance guys came in and figured out that the water was not coming in. He fixed it! Ive probably had 4-5 others check on it and they never could do anything. So grateful to Ben for his perseverance and to finally have ice again!

Well I am glad the reviews have revealed the truth about these complexs in Spartanburg, makes Spartanburg look bad. Stop bringing in Section-8! I was going to consider this complex but since reading the comments, I will pass.
