I recently had the pleasure of working with iBuylehigh to sell my inherited house in Allentown, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. As someone who lives on the West Coast, I was initially overwhelmed with the process of selling a property on the other side of the country, especially given that the house needed a lot of repairs. But the team at iBuylehigh, particularly Aziz and Ryan, took care of everything and made the entire process so easy and stress-free.
One of the things I appreciated most about working with iBuylehigh was how communicative and transparent they were throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every step of the way and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. Even though I was thousands of miles away, I always felt like I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect next. They even organized everything so I can close remotely without having to fly in to Allentown.
In addition to handling all of the paperwork and walking me through the probate process, iBuylehigh offered me a very fair price for the property. Given the amount of work that needed to be done on the house, I was honestly surprised by how generous their offer was. But Aziz and Ryan were completely upfront and honest with me from the beginning, and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or lowball me.
After iBuylehigh bought the property from me, they sent me pictures of the finished project, and I was blown away by how great it looked. It was clear that they had put a lot of time and effort into renovating the house, and it was so satisfying to see that they had helped make the community a better place. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
Overall, I would highly recommend iBuylehigh to anyone in a similar situation. They are a team of true professionals who know what they're doing and are committed to making the selling process as easy and stress-free as possible. I lost the Love of my Life in September 2022. I wanted to move to Colorado to be with my Family, Children and Grandchildren. I needed to sell my home quickly. My son and daughter came to my rescue. They made arrangements with Matt from IbuyLehigh. In very little time we had a Settlement date. Closing went smoothly, accurately and quickly. A day later I was on an jetliner to Colorado with my children.

We contacted Aziz and Ryan to see if they were interested in buying our parents' home before listing it with a realtor. They came back with a very fair offer, and we closed the transaction within a few weeks. It was a pleasure to work with them as they are very responsive. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
