Pediatric Dental Associates of Southampton (CLOSED)

The office manager of the Southampton location is rude and has a lack of knowledge. Failed to check dental insurance properly and refused to talk to MetLife on my phone while on the line with them, demanded to be called by them. We were in the office for over an hour and finally we walked out. There are many other pediatric dental offices with professional and welcoming staff. I will avoid this place and all their branches, I will not recommend this office.

I read the reviews on this location and I almost didnt take my son here. We were referred there because the Ambler location didnt have emergent appointments today. I dont have one negative remark to say about this office. I paid extra close attention to the customer service and flow of the office because the reviews paint a very negative picture about rude staff. The staff were very nice, accommodating, and the dentist, Dr Joana, was the second nicest doctor Ive ever encountered in my life. She is very thorough and you can tell shes well educated in dentistry. My 6yr old son had to get his tooth extracted it was a rough experience. Both Dr Joana and her assistant were very patient, used creative tactics to help sooth and comfort my son during the procedure, and they made sure his health remained priority by making decisions that wouldnt cause him more anguish. Thank you for making the experience as seamless as possible.
