I do not understand how you have so many positive reviews after what I just encountered with the receptionist on the phone. I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and not only was she extremely rude, but told me I should just stick with my current dentist and why would I even want to switch to them since my current one is not far from Southampton. She then proceeded to ask me the last time I've been to the dentist then judged me for it by saying ugh.... And repeating my answer in a condescending tone and all the sudden didn't want to see if she could fit me in for an emergency tooth situation anymore. Good luck with business when this is the type of intolerable and insensitive person you have answering the phone.

Once again, Sattler Family Denistry came through. I had a dental emergency, they fit me that morning, diagnosed the ailment and prescribed the medication. You guys rock.
