Sam was so accommodating and patient with the group I was with. He called around to different insurance companies, trying to get someone who would have a lower rate for the people buying my car. He was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back in the future.

Price goes from 175 to 275 then to 281 because I'm using a card. Nowhere is it posted in the building that using a card incurs and extra fee

We called him on a Thursday or Friday and asked if he really had Sunday hours. It's posted that he does, but we wanted to confirm. He said he could meet us at 1PM on Sunday, and took our phone number in case anything happened. We called before 1PM to make sure he was there. Waited in the parking lot, but he never showed up. No phone call to cancel or say that he was coming late.

Lets start by saying when we walked in the storefront it was empty. Had to call the number outside and Sam answered the phone like I woke him up from a nap. Then he appears out of a random closet door where I know he was sleeping. That shouldve been the red flag. I Had to get a reconstructed title and it took 3 months. Come to find out Sam had it on his desk for months because he lost my phone number. Get the title back and he literately did nothing but give me a copy of my original title and did not fill out the reconstructed form required by the state. Call to ask him what I needed to do and he said Ill do it come in next Tuesday. I paid 150 dollars for him to do it the first time. This guy is a scam and you cant understand a word he says on the phone. Waste your time and money.
