This place is a nightmare of all nightmares. I did my business taxes here and oh boy did this place screwed me over. It was time to do my 2019 taxes, I have provided all the required documents and I was told it would be ready within a month, yeah right little did I know Lana the business owner would take me on a ride from hell. Button line is she stopped answering and returning calls, every time I went to the office she was never there and non of the ladies in the office knew what was even going on with my taxes. So now its mid to end November and I finally had enough so I told them to give me all my documents back and I'm leaving, guess what they all of a sudden couldn't find most of the documents that I provided them to do my taxes. Basically this accounting establishment is unprofessional, not responsive and super poor quality of job. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place like a bad dream.

Total trash of place including the owner and staff. They treat you as if you owe them something and when they make a mistake they tell you that it's not their problem. Do yourself a favor and avaid this establishment. Svetlana Pichkhadze should get her license taken away from here.

Extremely unprofessional! Submitted my taxes to them late March they said theyll have to fill an extension because they were a bit busy. I have visited them twice since then and my Fianc has visited them 3 times on my behalf on top of that to get an answer from them. This is Unacceptable. Zero communication from them. Would not recommend wasting your time they could care less about your business
