I would like to compliment and Thank Smart Shield Windows and the owner Brian for really delivering a pleasantexperience in replacing our older Windows acrossour home. Being that Windows are a significantinvestment and difficultto gauge and understand with all of the different options in the market, we took it upon ourselvesto meet with many potentialvendors to learn as much as possible to make our best decision .Our criteriawas to find the best value that could be delivered across all variable including cost, service, installation times, product, warrantyand appearance. After seeing and meeting with multiple window companies and countless discussionsalong with presentationswe felt confident that our best decision was to move forward with Smart Shield Windows. What first stood out to us, was Brian taking the time to really educate us on his product, the designand why it wouldbe the right fit for our home (1940's Brick Colonial). His approach to us was direct, consultative and devoid of the unnecessarysales negotiation and absurd high pressure pricing strategies. (you all know them when you see them)
As with any major home project, unforeseenitems did arriseand i give the team credit for working closely with us to problem solve and resolve the items to our satisfaction. To be realistic, something will always go wrong and it is important to know the character of the organization in that they will step up, address the item and resolve it, when times are tough, I have complete confidence that you can count on Brian and his team to deliver.
In conclusion, today we have beautiful windows on our home, which are working flawlessly. Easy to clean, open and let in the fresh air. I will admit I was a skeptic of the impact but I can tell you that in the Winter our house was much much warmer and in the Summer our AC bill was down from the previous years. Add in the energytax credit and this is a winner, something we all need!
