With Vinh and his team, every phone call and meeting is a pleasant and respectful conversation with a partner. That means a lot when you're sorting through a project and figuring out how you want to be represented on a website for all the world to see. It's refreshing and greatly appreciated when you can speak with people who offer their insights while really trying to understand your needs.

What we enjoyed most about working with VIUS was the flexibility of Vinh and his staff. Both our website and CRM system required a lot of customization, and there was a lot of back and forth between the staff and PDAA/I as we found out what worked and what didn’t. Every single person we worked with at VIUS (most especially Vinh and Andrew) was warm, thoughtful, smart, easy-going, and fun. There are some people you work with that you dread having to call, or email. Not VIUS. From the beginning it felt like family.
